I am writing this letter on behalf of the Project Team for the Westfield Newmarket Development by Scentre Group Design and Construction. We recognise that the recent successful delivery of the project, and the creation of the latest Living Centre for the Scentre Group portfolio of assets is to a degree, attributable to the efforts made by Nauhria Precast during the project.
The efforts made by both your site and management teams were above expectations, and they consistently demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and dedication to achieving our goals and greatly assisted in driving the rest of the project contractors to achieving the project objectives. Further, as the programme pressures increased your team handled this workload without fuss and maintained the same discipline in performance and safety as they had done throughout the project.
I thank you and your team for the efforts made on this project to ensure the contract, design and construction requirements were able to be achieved with the quality and certainty of delivery we require. Your team has been part of a fantastic result for our business which should be celebrated.
I wish you well in your future endeavours and hope to work with you and your team on many other Scentre projects in the years ahead.
