With a 100-year design life, Term of life assessments showcased concrete as a
preferred material of choice over other building materials. Low-carbon concrete
leveraging SCM replacement delivering target reductions in embodied carbon.
Concrete supplied include:
– 601 precast concrete beams
– 22 precast panels
– 60 flights of precast stairs
– 300 Stahlton prestressed double-tee flooring units
– 130 Stahlton prestressed 75mm flat-slab units
– Over 4400 m3 of concrete was used in precast components
