Charlie Chan was admitted as an Associate Member of CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London, UK) in 1989 which carries the title ACMA. In 2011, the CIMA professional body joined resources with AICPA (American Society of Certified Public Accountants) and launched the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA) designation.
Charlie Chan was also admitted as an Associate Chartered Accountant – ICANZ (The Institute of Chartered Accountants, NZ) in 1991, having passed the final core papers of the ICANZ examinations.
In 2007 Charlie Chan commenced with Nauhria and was appointed Group Accountant to head the finance division of Nauhria Group of companies. Charlie Chan was then appointed as Chief Financial Officer to the Nauhria Group in 2016.
Charlie Chan is a member of Nauhria Senior Management Team and has more than thirty years’ experience in Accounting and Finance work. In addition to his commercial experience, he also worked as an Accountant for an Auckland based Chartered Accounting firm for approximately 4 years during the early years of his career.
Outside of work Charlie remains active playing golf.
